Terms of Service

1. Rental Agreement

By placing a booking, you agree to rent the costume for the specified date block. Costumes remain the exclusive property of BookMyCostumes. Unresolved or permanently non-returned items will be reported as theft.

2. Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 7 days before your rental start date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made inside the 7-day window are subject to a 50% rental fee forfeit, though your security deposit will always be returned in full.
