Deposit Refund & Return Policy
1. Refundable Security Deposit
A safety deposit is collected at the time of booking to ensure the safe handling of our physical costume assets. This deposit is kept separate from rental and tax fees and is held securely in our payment gateway ledger.
2. Inspection & Payout Timelines
Once your returned costume is received, our warehouse team logs a Quality Control checksheet. Following approval, your security deposit is refunded in full to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Wallet) within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Damage and Late Return Deductions
Deductions will apply to your security deposit for major physical damages (such as fabric tears, burns, or deep stains) or overdue returns. You will receive an automated email detailing the breakdown before settlement payouts are made.
