1. Delivery Timeline
We understand the importance of timely arrivals for school functions and competitions. All costumes are guaranteed to arrive at your designated delivery address 1 to 2 days prior to your selected rental start date.
2. Packaging and Sanitization
Every costume leaves our warehouse professionally dry-cleaned, sanitized, and steam-pressed, packaged inside protective dust covers to ensure absolute hygiene and out-of-the-box readiness.
3. Return Collection Schedules
Reverse pickup is scheduled automatically on your selected rental end date. Please repack the costume alongside all accessory components inside the provided packaging bag. Our courier partners will collect it from your doorstep.
